Fall brings squashes of all sizes and colors and we're obsessed with ALL of them! In this vegetarian dish we celebrate butternut squash and fall mushrooms by layering them with fresh pasta sheets, ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and a creamy sauce. A bit decadent but VERY warming as the weather changes and we set our sights on comforting family meals.
Delivered prepared but unbaked. Requires 25-35 minutes in the oven at 180-200 degrees, dependent upon your oven.
