We've been making this kale salad since before kale was readily available in Switzerland!
Kale is FULL of vitamins and antioxidants so you're not going to want to miss this beauty. We cut the kale on the bias, massage it with our tangy avocado, garlic and lemon sauce, give a sprinkle of bio sunflower seeds and then we MUNCH!! My 10 year old literally jumped up and down when he spied the kale salad in the fridge for the first time this season.
Top with your favorite protein to make it a meal or serve as an accompaniment to one of our lasagnas, chicken strips or whatever suits your fancy!
