Roasted Cauliflower is the base of this dish. From there we add seasonal veggies and lightly roast until the natural sugars caramelize creating the magic that is roasted veg. While they’re still warm we dress these veggies with a savoury tahini-lemon dressing that has a hint of garlic for ultimate umami! This hold in the fridge for a few days so if you want a healthy snack to munch on, this is an excellent option. Gluten Free & Vegan
