Our buttery quiches are well loved by everyone who tastes them. We love to experiment and come up with different combinations of fillings. This month highlights the sea. We’ve combined prawns, mussels, calamari rings, smoked salmon, garlic and chives with our creamy filling, fromage frais and gruyère to create a celebration of the sea quiche.
