Kale and cherry tomatoes are tossed with a lime-sesame dressing and topped with a 125g MSC salmon filet. We add pumpkin seeds for a bit of crunch and extra nutrition. This is a great meal after a workout or anytime you want something filling that is high on protein but low in carbs.
