We love quinoa. It’s got some protein and is great as a savory side dish, a breakfast cereal and it’s the perfect salad addition! Our spring quinoa salad is full of delicious fruits and spinach, so it’s super nutritious and a break from the same old thing. We dress this with a sesame ginger sauce that is equally tangy and sweet. 3-6 portions, 1 liter container
