Our salads are the perfect lunch. Protein and lots of veggies that will fill you up and keep you energised without the risk of a carbohydrate crash after lunch. 

All salads are served with multigrain bread & a dark chocolate square. 

Greek Salad with Chicken Meatballs

Ground chicken mixed with carrots, red onion, spinach, red pepper, garlic, feta and mint baked into delicious little gluten free protein meatballs. Served on a bed of lettuce with cucumbers, feta, hummus, carrots, olives, tomatoes, red onions and red pepper strips. Herby yogurt dressing on the side. 18chf

 

Poulet haché mélangé avec carottes, oignon rouge, épinards, poivrons, ail, feta et menthe et rôti au four. Servi sur un lit de salade avec concombres, feta, hummus, carottes, olives, tomates et poivrons rouges. Sauce yoghourt aux herbes fait maison.

Chicken breast strips served on a bed of lettuce with carrots, spring onions, bacon, hard eggs, cheese, tomatoes, red peppers, cucumbers and avocado. Served with yogurt herb dressing on the side.

Thai Chicken or Tofu Salad
