Traditional lasagna composed of Swiss pork and beef cooked in a savory tomato sauce, layered with ricotta, cheese and topped with a creamy bechamel sauce.
Delivered prepared and chilled. Requires around 30 minutes of baking to finish the dish.
Sans gluten version is made with gluten free pasta and a bechamel that is created using corn starch rather than flour.
