Monday, 1 November

It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature. 

Préparation:

Bake lasagna in a 200° oven for 35-45 minutes until bubbly and golden

Bake the garlic bread in the oven at 200° for around 8 minutes until crispy and golden. 

Reheat the soup on the stove or in the microwave. Enjoy!

Dress the salad. 

Cookies and fruit salad - nothing is necessary.

Tuesday, 2 November

It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature. 

Préparation:

The chicken and the aubergines are pre-cooked but you will need to reheat them in the oven at 200° for approximately 15 minutes until hot and golden (if there is cheese).

Warm the roots in a 200° oven for around 7-9 minutes until hot. Dollop with the harissa sauce or use it as a dip. 

 

Heat the couscous in the microwave or steam on the stovetop until hot. Add a pat of butter for extra yumminess.  

Salad and dessert : nothing necessary. Enjoy!

Wednesday, 3 November

It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature. 

 

Préparation:

Reheat the Chicken or Quinoa Patties and the rice in the oven at 180° for around 15 minutes until hot. 

Reheat the endive in the oven at 180° for around 10 minutes or until hot. Drizzle with walnut vinaigrette and serve. 

Salad - dress and serve!

Thursday, 4 November

It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature. 

Préparation:

Reheat the chicken or the burger in the oven at 180° until hot. ​Place the chicken or the burger on the bun and dress with salsa and jerk mayo. 

 

Reheat Potatoes in a 200° oven until crispy and hot.  

Salad & Dessert, nothing is necessary.

It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature. 

 

Préparation:

Leave the burgers wrapped in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180° until melty and warm - around 8-10 minutes. 

Reheat empanadas in the oven at 200° for around 7 minutes until crispy and hot.
