The patron, Grégoire, found love and partnership in the USA when he found and married the patronne, Rebecca. When they made their way back to Switzerland m, they brought many delicious recipes along — but none of them are quite as distinctive as this American classic: the apple pie. Buttery, crispy pastry envelops fresh apples that are slightly sweetened with a cinnamon & sugar mix. It’s iconic and you should definitely try one. Perfect for a weekend dessert or just because!
